Cocktails & Caviar was started in 2007 as an owner run business. The initial focus was to supply hospitality staff and mobile bars to catering and event management companies. In 2008 we started marketing into the private sector with great success. In 2010 Michael Martin, along with a team of experts, collaborated to form Cocktails & Caviar’s, Event Management sector, in order to assist our clients from A to Z with any event they require.
